The Hague separates first registration for EU/EEA/Swiss citizens from registration for people with a residence permit. Use the route matching the documents you actually hold.
Do not book the EU route only because a family member is an EU citizen.
International Centre
Highly skilled migrants, scientific researchers and privileged persons may use The Hague International Centre route when eligible. Follow the employer or organisation instructions and the official eligibility conditions.
Short stay and RNI
RNI may apply for less than four months. The Hague accepts RNI appointments only for people with a European passport or identity card; other passport holders are directed to Breda or Venlo.
The Hague states that the BSN is issued immediately after completed RNI registration.
Bring the whole registering family
Every family member included in the first registration must attend. Prepare identity, residence, address and civil-status evidence for each person.
