Appointment delay
Book early, document the delay and separate what can proceed without a BSN.
Municipal appointment capacity can vary. A delayed slot should not become an unmanaged chain reaction across payroll, banking, insurance and family onboarding.
Ask for alternatives
Check cancellations, newcomer or expat desks, walk-in rules and whether another location within the same municipality can process the registration.
Notify dependencies
Tell your employer, bank, insurer, school or childcare provider that the BSN is pending and ask what temporary evidence they accept.
